Performing these simple card tricks doesn’t require any special skill. What they require is a regular pack of playing cards and a little bit of a practice.
So are you ready to learn and perform these easy and simple magic card tricks? So let’s go for it.
Easy Card Trick 1: Easy Pick
Ask your friend to pick up a card from the deck and memorize it. Shuffle the cards and ask him to place the picked card on the top of the deck.
Take the deck behind your back and flip the top card such that its face faces upwards. Bring the deck in front such that its bottom faces your friend. In the meanwhile, watch the flipped card, which now faces you.
Memorize the card and take the deck behind your back again. Flip the card and place it anywhere in the deck. Bring the deck in front and shuffle the cards. As you know the card you can easily point out the chosen card from the deck.
Easy Card Trick 2: Reds and Blacks
Separate the deck into two parts by the two colors such that one part has red colored cards and other has black colored cards. Place the separated decks on the flat surface.
Ask your friend to choose one card from each deck, memorize it, place it again but in opposite deck. Ask him to shuffle the decks separately. Take the decks in your hand and go through it. You can easily find out the cards as they have different color from rest of the cards that surround them.
Easy Card Trick 3: Vanishing Card
Show your friend a deck of cards present in its case. Remove the deck from the case leaving a card in it. Memorize its suit and number before placing it in the deck.
Ask your friend to remove five cards from the deck and place them facing downwards on a flat surface. Pick the card individually, call out their name and ask him to note down without showing the card to him. Along with the four cards call out the name of the card left out in the case instead of the fifth card. Now place all the cards in the deck and shuffle the cards.
Hand over the deck to your friend and ask him to go through it. He will found that that one card is missing. Tell him that the card has vanished from the deck and gone back to the case and show him the case. He will find the missing card there.
Easy Card Trick 4: Cutting to Aces
Remove the four aces from the deck secretly and place them on the top of the deck. Ask your friend to divide the deck into four equal piles by dropping cards off the bottom of the deck.
Keep a watch on the pile that has four aces. It may either on the left side or on the right side. Ask your friend to pick a non-ace pile and hold it in his hand. Ask him to take 3 cards from the top and place it at the bottom. Then ask him to take 3 cards from the top and place them individually on the top of each pile.
Ask him to repeat the procedure for next two non-ace piles. Lastly ask him to do carry out the same procedure for the pile that has aces. Finally ask him to turn over the top card from each pile, which will surely be the four aces.
Easy Card Trick 5: Hands off the Cards
This card trick is called Hands off the Cards as it can be performed without even handling the cards. Ask your friend to shuffle the cards and select any one card other than the picture card. You turn your back and ask him to place it on the top.
Ask him to remove the number of cards equal to the value of chosen card (if he chose five of hearts then he has to remove 5 cards) from the bottom and place it on the top. Now ask him to name the card one by one and place it on the table.
What you have to do is, just by ignoring the first card; go on counting the cards as one, two, three etc. When the number you are counting corresponds to the name of the card it’s generally the chosen card. But don’t stop him at that point. Let him name few next cards. After 2-3 cards stop him and name his card.
(Sometimes more than one card may correspond to your count. When this happens, call out any one of the cards and if it comes wrong call out the other one.)
ALL THE BEST!

Learn Magic Card Tricks with Easy Magic Instructions
You can learn magic card tricks in order to have your friends or family spellbound by your skills. There are many magic tricks that depend on following a certain process or method. It is important for the magic student to learn about these different methods of magic card tricks in order to become a master.
One of the methods being used in magic card tricks is by employing a trick deck. A trick deck refers to a special deck of playing cards that has been altered in some ways in order to allow the magician or performer to do certain tricks with them. Trick decks are usually used when sleight of hand might be difficult or impractical to use for certain tricks.
There are various types of trick decks that magicians use to do special magic tricks. One of them is the stripper deck. The stripper deck is a type of trick deck that allows a magician or performer to easily control the location of a card or group of cards even after being shuffled by a spectator. The stripper deck always allows the performer to cut to the selected card or put a selected card at the top or bottom of the deck with just a few shuffles.
The Svengali deck is another type of trick deck used by magicians to perform certain magic card tricks. The Svengali deck usually allows certain tricks to be performed with almost no skill required. Most tricks done with the Svengali deck are known to be self-working. This trick deck can be riffled or even shuffled to give the illusion that it is quite an ordinary deck of cards. But using the Svengali deck can allow the performer to have a chosen card appear at any part of the deck.
Force decks are the kind of trick decks used to force a spectator to choose a particular card. One of the most common of force decks is one that contains identical cards. This way, the magician already knows what the spectator is choosing even with the illusion of letting the spectator choose from a number of different cards. But the performer is always careful not to let the audience see that faces of the identical cards of the force deck in order for the trick to be successful.
A marked deck is another specially made trick deck that is characterized by certain marks that only the performer knows about. The marked deck may look just like an ordinary card to the spectator, but such cards usually have subtle marks on the decorative side of the deck of cards that tell the performer about what each one is. The marks can either be placed at certain positions to indicate the number of the card and at a certain color to indicate the suit.
There are other trick decks that performers make use of to do their amazing magic card tricks. Some of these trick cards require some practice and a bit of knowledge to use correctly and to do tricks quite successfully. Learning always is important even in doing magic tricks.
